POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

You must have with you your reservation or confirmation number for the location agent to quickly locate your booking.

Vehicles are restricted from being taken on or driven on these areas: inter-islands, mountain trails, unmade / flooded roads. They cannot also be engaged in racing or any extreme adventure sports.

Parking fees are at the renter’s expense.

Vehicle is supplied with full tank of fuel prior to release from the Avis garage. To avoid refueling surcharges which is 15% mark up on the regular pump price, unit must be returned in full tank at the renter’s expense.

If the rented vehicle was returned before the end of the contracted date of the supposedly what is in the rental agreement, an early return penalty shall apply.

A prepayment of 140% (with 40% security deposit on top) is required which must be settled prior to the service.

Cancellation must be advised to us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
